Whether your client breaks their phone by accidentally dropping it down the stairs or accidentally dropping it down the toilet (yes, that happens), we’ll now repair or replace the phone on a new for old basis (if it can't be economically repaired), subject to the chosen contents excess.

Any existing quotes that are submitted from today will receive this new level of cover, whilst existing Home Insurance policyholders who've chosen our accidental damage for contents optional extra will receive the new cover at their next renewal.
