To protect our existing policyholders and their ability to make eligible claims, we've temporarily removed the availability of some products and cover types from new business until further notice. We continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis and will adapt our approach as more information becomes available.
Changes to Income Protection
Our Income Protection has been withdrawn to all new business as of Monday 23 March 2020.
We'll be honouring all submitted policies without a start date provided they were submitted before the product was withdrawn.
Changes to Mortgage Protection availability
We've temporarily suspended sales of Mortgage Protection cover as of Monday 23 March 2020 until the morning of Wednesday 25 March 2020.
From Wednesday 25 March 2020, only accident and sickness cover will be available for new business until further notice.
For existing clients with accident and sickness cover, we'll be temporarily suspending the ability to add unemployment cover through a mid-term adjustment (MTA).
We'll be honouring all submitted policies without a start date provided they were submitted before the changes in cover availability.
Changes to our Rent Protection
Our rent protection has been withdrawn to all new business as of Monday 23 March 2020.

We'd like to assure you that any of your existing clients who've taken out income or mortgage protection can still claim in line with their policy's terms and conditions.
